The Tree of Wonder

The Tree of Wonder (2017) is the third book of the 'Sculpture Garden' series. This story is a narrative of a ten-year old as he tries to understand the contradiction between tradition and reason. When he discovers the secrets of the Tree of Wonder, and of his mother's incurable blood disease, he forgoes both tradition and reason, in his quest to find a cure. The 'Sculpture Garden' Series is based on actual sculptures and is part of an ongoing effort to support the work of local artists in Nigeria, fund the establishment of sustainable sculpture gardens, and sponsor worldwide collaborations with art institutions.
