The Travelers

Young Wyte is a loner, aloof from the other young meerkats his age. He is deemed a troublemaker by the adult meerkats, which estranges him even more. Only the warrior Elliair is understanding of the young orphan. When the infant meerkat band, led by the incorrigible Jesse and his best friend Ivy, get themselves into mortal peril, Wyte jumps into action. He comes to their rescue, even in the face of a fierce battle with a King Cobra.Even though the battle leaves him half lame, he doesn't hesitate to jump to the rescue yet again when Jesse and Ivy are kidnapped. Wyte finds himself in over his head. Can he escape the impossible situation unscathed and rescue his friends yet again, or will his life forever be changed in unimaginable ways?
