There he meets a fellow druid who has spent his life living off the land. The comely High Priestess from book one continues to mentor him, but she reveals she is working a magical path that seems older than time.

But Corin is plagued by troublesome dreams and is convinced someone, or 'something' is trying to contact him with increasing urgency. In desperation he consults a mysterious alchemist living on the druid isle of Anglesey, who is not all he seems to be. It is his first foot, into the door of a world that few people knew existed. Yet it is in plain sight, if only your heart is open to it.
