In this last book of the Time Police trilogy, Captain Hamish Columbo continues to pursue the evil Sergei Herbert Draco who is determined to alter the outcome of historic events to prevent the human race from becoming too soft and complacent. Columbo enlists help from all time lines to assist him in keeping history as it happens. They chase the Draconions through time.
