The Three Bears

From the pioneering children's playwright, Charlotte Chorpenning, comes this highly imaginative retelling of the classic tale. Bears and man have been enemies for years, but Papa Bear and Mama Bear are teaching their young cub to be friends with man so that fear between the races can stop. One day, Little Bear meets Grizzly Bear in the woods. Grizzly, as a youngster, was frightened by a woodman and he vows to get even with the whole human race, including Goldilocks whom Grizzly is tracking. At considerable risk to himself, Little Bear saves Goldilocks from danger and teaches Grizzly a valuable lesson in life. Originally produced by the Goodman Theatre of Chicago.
