Mitzy Pitzy, the only bad fairy in the entire Fairy Kingdom, was so mean, jealous and nasty the fairies began calling her the worst possible name. They called her Inca Stinka. One day Queen Gwendolyn's favorite Maid in Waiting, Pookie, discovers Inca Stinka in the Far Away Bramble Bushes with huge piles of baby teeth stolen from beneath the pillows of all the Children of the World. It is very clear Inca Stinka has not given the children the required fairy kiss and thank you gift.
