This book is one person's authentically transparent story of exposure to shame, including his ongoing acquisition of knowledge and understanding, regarding ways in which shame can impinge upon our lives. In relation to shame, Peter writes from his own experiences and understanding, offering research and suggestions in the process, for dealing with the impacts of shame in our lives.
