Nowadays people are compelled to live a very hectic life and they get easily frustrated and express their mind state openly through anger, fear, hate, jealousy and other negative feelings. These frustrations and negative emotions cause damage to the brain and the body's health. The mind is thus affected resulting in emotional disturbances, agitation, irritation, stress and depression. The person's energy is gradually being depleted and not restored back.
