The Spirit Walker

Marked by the Prime Evil, an American Indian newborn is sentenced to be executed. To avoid such a fate, the baby's mother, betrays her people and abandons the child in a dumpster. With the marked child lost to her tribe the Prime Evil's plan for freedom can move forward. Now sixteen years later, Phoenix Arizona, named for the city where she had been discovered, must come to understand the marks on her body and her budding powers as a Spirit Walker. All the while she grows into a young woman trying to understand those who take interest in her - human and otherwise, and learning who wants to exploit her and who is on her side.
