Jimmy was already having a tough day, and then the moon exploded. Like most everything in his life, things just kind of slid downhill from there, what with the ten-foot aliens and their accidental invasion, and don't forget the apocalyptic trimmings that came with it. If that wasn't bad enough, these off-world invaders were literally possessed by an ancient artificial intelligence program who called himself Antioch, who thought it would be a good idea to abduct his oldest BFF, Sophia.

The one good thing going Jimmy's way was his ... infection ... from the alien nanotech. He could now do things that no man, or alien, could ever do before. It was true that Jimmy didn't care about much, but the aliens made the mistake of taking one of the few things that he did care about ... more than himself anyway. Nothing would stop him from getting her back.

THE SOFA KING is a 125,000-word sci-fi action-adventure story that follows Jimmy and his friends through an apocalyptic shitstorm that takes place in modern-day San Diego. They meet too few good aliens, too many bad aliens, way too many infected humans, and all of those damn Mad Max wanna-bees.
