A humorous adventure of a young boy who discovers that the machine he invented to rid the world of mosquitoes has gone horribly wrong. The town's people flee from the Skeeter Eater as it eats everything in its path. The town is saved by the very thing that went wrong and Peter moves on to his next invention.
