The onus is on ourselves to be aware of how we think of ourselves and our world, it is our responsibility to start repairing our relationship to our bodies instead of outsourcing this part of our life out to overworked professionals every time, it is for us to learn to be connected to something bigger than ourselves, spiritually or a cause.
