The Seeking Sinner

Most believers take it for granted that the church exists as a kind of pool from which to fish for converts, that church services are, by design, a mixed multitude, and, as a consequence, what could be more natural than that an unbeliever should attend church, and be treated as 'the seeking sinner'?
