The Sarah Ann

Sarah Ann, a small tugboat, desperately tries to show that she can keep up with the big tugboats! When a storm blows in, Sarah Ann is quick to help the adult tug boats, but when her brother tags along and gets in the way, Sarah Ann must decide who it is that she is going to help.



About the Author

J W Carroll is a retired firefighter. He served 32 years for the government, ten of those years in the Air Force. Carroll really enjoys serving his community. He is married with two daughters and has two grandchildren.
