Of the Judicial Organization of the First Circuit of the State of Portuguesa The concept of public servant that currently prevails in the world responds to a new vision of public management, seeking to apply the precepts of private administration to public administration and management. The new public management of the judiciary has shown itself to be efficient, accessible and satisfactory, responding to requests from citizens and staff, valuing the employee as a person who is listened to and attended to in his or her requests. They identify with their role as public servants because of their vocation to serve; their contribution to the new administration is manifested through their integrity in the exercise of their function within the administration of justice. The attributes that a public servant should possess are associated with the instrumental and final values that should guide the conduct of all professionals in the exercise of their work.
