This is the first installment of a five part pentalogy. Clifton is a Creeper in peril. He's seen his father smashed apart by a demented Zombie, suffered the loss of his mother to a Skeleton's arrow and been chased out of his home by local bullies. It seems the whole world is against him.

When he stumbles across a horde of Zombies and overhears their plans for an Apocalyptic attack on the humans, Clifton makes a monumental decision. It is a decision that will see him branded a traitor by those who are his own. Others will turn their deadly attention on him also - Spiders, Skeletons, Endermen and Zombies. Clifton will have to dig deep to survive - to call on every ounce of wit and skill to counter the strength of those massed against him.

In a climactic showdown he'll come face to face with the killer of his father, a crazed Zombie with a warped desire to crush Creepers. Then, just when there seems no way out, Clifton finds the most unlikely of allies - an ally who will turn the natural order of the Universe upside down. But will it be enough to safe Clifton's life?
