The Rising Mantle

Unexpected: the play is concerned within and around a calamity of a village caused by their royal father. The villagers suffered a lot on an offence committed by their royal father. After some periods, the royal father receives a lot of stresses and complaints from the elders and the villagers. The royal father disconnected himself from the elders as at when elders begun to make moves on how to end the calamity. The priest and the elders ascertained reasons to the calamities and they later provided solutions - after sacrifices were performed. However, the royal father committed another offence the following day sacrifices were made to erase the calamities. The gods punished him the next day and the village was later liberated due to the intervention of the elders. The Successful Family: the play is centered on Reverend Justice John who earlier become late in the play. He has a great passion for his family. So, before he breath last on earth, he invited his family member to tell them his paternal wish over their prospective careers He wished good-luck in all their respective desires. He advised his first-son to be serious as he will be the one to save the family, and together, with the brother and sister to save the entire community. Many things happened to the family, but, at the end, with their dedicated powers, restored the calamity of their village. The royal father, the elders of the community, and the entire villagers celebrated with the family. A Choice: Onojah is a working in town. He is not favored with the lifestyles of ladies in the town. He has grown up enough to marry and still contemplating on how to get married. One beautiful day, he called his father and told him to look for a beautiful lady for him to marry. Description to how such lady could be were provided, too. Luckily, his father got his friend's daughter for him and they successfully engaged.
