Beskrivelse
This book is the experience of a journalist who lived in Djenné, one of the most beautiful cities entirely made of banco south of the Sahara. It was created 1500 years BC according to the research findings of the famous archaeologist Mc-Intosh and his wife Suzanne. He lived there for 15 years (2001 to 20016), before being threatened with death. He had time to write about the daily life of the people of Djenné. So this book is not the result of a scientific or sociological study, still less the result or conclusions of a study report or survey. But it is the daily observation of a journalist in the midst of his joking "cousins": the Bozos, the Sonrhaïs and even the Peulhs... This relationship or link does not prevent him from telling the truth in all objectivity about the city's rich and tumultuous past.
