Lionel "D-Man" Hayes and his crew were the big name drug pusher in the streets of Portsmouth, VA. Lionel was in a position where he could have any woman that he chose because of his street cred. He was known to be dedicated to the streets only He made an exception to his own rules and quickly wifed up one of the local hood stars. Martina. He took her out of the hood and changed her whole lifestyle as well as her last name. Martina was a hood favorite and all of the me wanted a taste of her. The streets were Lionel's world and he lived the life daily. Spending unmeasured amount of time away from the one he truly loves can cause anybody to make the wrong decisions. Lionel realizes that all of the money in the world couldn't buy loyalty, love or happiness. But it surly can turn a bad chic to became a crack head at a hit of a dime. Soldiers become enemies.
