What if achieving any result was as simple as counting to 5?There are many approaches, books, and courses to "getting things done." There are hundreds of methods for setting goals, prioritizing, staying motivated and completing projects. So, why another book on creating results?Because we need more, things change, and methods evolve. Despite the plentitude of published material, there's a real shortage of systems that apply to any goal. There's also very little that deals simultaneously with both planning and execution, while at the same time addressing motivation, flexibility, and perseverance. The time has come for a different approach. This is why I wrote this book. It's a new look at the process of getting things done. All projects, whether they are soft or hard, big or small, have common characteristics. This is a holistic description of how things work together and a model about to make it work for you.Eliminating barriers and breaking down obstacles and getting awesome results shouldn't only be available to the lucky or come by accident. If you're motivated and willing to be coached, you can get any result you want. We all know what failure looks like - we create a goal, get excited and committed to making something happen and then obstacles and barriers show up, life intervenes, discouragement sets in... and the dream fades. What if you could create results such as: tripling your income, creating time, flexibility and freedom, or making a difference in life. Sounds impossible?I've discovered that big successes come from following the same simple steps - no matter what you're trying to do. After studying the successes of hundreds of people, myself included, I realized that the 5 Step process was really clear. My 30 years as a C-level executive, consultant and now coach has shown me again and again that if you follow the Results Equation and are motivated you can create any outcome you choose. You can have success instead of failure, confidence instead of doubt, cash flow instead of constant struggle, real satisfaction instead of chasing the next shiny object. This process is how every successful person gets a big result.
