Having provided the economy with measurement within the framework of a discipline that we have called Scientific Economics, it has become clear to us that this Economics coincides with an economic science that includes measurement and that exists naturally, having been described for more than fourteen centuries in the Holy Book of the Koran. This source clearly describes this science through man's mastery of the rules that prevail in the correct use of his measuring instrument, to which is attached an objective of justice between men. Thus, these rules are imposed on all, but mainly on the authority, which has the legal force in the community, and to which the monetary instrument belongs. Indeed, the violation of these rules leads to harmful economic and social consequences for the population, the seriousness of which is also described in full and with precision in the Holy Qur'an, in full confirmation of our analyses of the Scientific Economy.
