he search for purpose is essential in these times where the balance between work and happiness is more necessary than ever. This short book is an account of several of the stories and learnings that I obtained during my first 12 months of travel where I was able to visit 64 countries, meet more than 8,000 people (including Pope Francis), two Nobel Peace Prize laureates, startup founders of world level startups and be a speaker at universities such as Harvard, MIT, HSE Russia, The Hague University, Mondragon University, among others.
