Bound to a life she dreads and commanded by a gift she cannot wield as her own, Rynn lives her life as a servant to evil. Death moves through her hands and by the orders of her master destruction follows where she stalks. On an errand of death Rynn comes to find one who is like herself, Merak, only he has broken free of his masters grasp and holds the ability to help her. Striving to live in freedom Rynn begs for Merak's help and in doing so finds herself mortal, weak and in the care of the man she was sent to destroy. Alas, her mortality is not to last. All too soon Rynn is again forced to fight against the call the Reaper and the pull of her curse is strong. The life she truly longs to live is now at the mercy of the Reaper.
