The Qanaq Conundrum

An Air Force captain arrives for assignment at Thule Air Base, Greenland. He soon discovers the body of a fellow officer floating in a nearby fjord. As winter darkens the arctic, Captain Ross burrows ever deeper into the mystery of the officer's death. Thule's own "Cold War" claims victim after victim as officers and non-coms are snared into traps leading to their own destruction. The story takes us from the Cold War's northernmost outpost to the streets of Berlin, Germany, before revealing the ugliest of outcomes.
