The Psalms of Dave

One person's attempt to give voice to his modern psalms, Sandler's work is a look at what it means to be laid open and honest with God - praise as well as frustration; joy as well as despair. His poetry reflects on what does it mean to sacrifice jobs, potential family, to leave behind friends, homes, and possessions to live out God's call on his life. These poems are from the heart. Often raw, sometimes jaded or confused, while other times are found to be shouts of happiness and love for life - the one that has been, is, and yet to be.
