Two centuries after Einstein made his prediction, "If man could reach 100% of his cerebral potential, they would no longer have need of their brain," the World Coalition began secretly performing Cerebral Remodeling on newborns to create an advance group of supreme genius - in the hope of reuniting politically held interests between the two hemisphere. With President Lewis being the elected official of the northern hemisphere, and President Lana carrying the southern, the experiment ended four years later with horrifying results. But one individual has proved to be the experiment's crowning achievement. With Janelle Ann Morris, exceeding 96% cerebral functioning, she now harnesses abilities beyond understanding. Currently seated as the Third Seat of the North, she is known as the heart and soul of the Northern Coalition. But because of CR, she fears that an intelligence/class revolution is now on the horizon. Astonishingly, CR has yeilded yet another surprise. It can advance humanity to the next stage of our evolution. As predicted, once our brains reach a level of 100% cerebral activity, the brain and the person's body will suddenly transform to a supernatural form. Unfortunately, it seems we carry our temporal mind-sets with us. Birthed from the same experiment, Michelle Chandler has made the transformation to energy, and had vowed to plunge the Earth into a deceptive future of slavery and vengeance - creating her own supreme society.
