The product of infidelity, Ashlyn Hunter was abused by her family and all those she came into contact with. Until she crossed paths with vampire Sire Tomas Weston. But Cassandra is the niece of one of the Crusaders, a group of vampire hunters who have been chasing the Pack for ten years. The situation becomes further complicated when Cassandra falls in love with Pack member Robert Tanner. Finally tired of the chase Tomas makes an agreement with Dennis Parker, head of the Crusaders.
