The Ord of Rhule

Think, if you will, of an odd castle in the middle of a vast prairie. If this were Earth, which it is not, you would perhaps think the Middle Ages. This, however, is an ancient place, in a dimension that has no relevance to our own except in the shared twilight of dreams. This world is dying.

Markum, Lyssabrenna, and her brother Ceranol are Hoppers, an ancient race whose forbears built these abodes. They defied the laws written into the Legends and are exiled.

Now they seek an ancient mystery that can save them all, That is, if the assassins sent after them or the dangers they face ahead don't kill them first.
