We all want to live a life worth living. We desire to have a positive and lasting impact on the world through our efforts.

What is the one necessary thing that we have to experience in order to not waste our lives and fail to achieve true success?

This book attempt to provide the answer to this question given by the Lord Jesus Christ to this question. Christ Jesus of Nazareth, taught that there was only one necessary experience and reality that a person had to have if they did not want to fail at life.

The answer Christ Jesus give to this question is found in John 15:1-8 which was recorded in the Bible by Jesus' best friend John. His answer is very different than what most people would expect with a focus on a relationship with HIM rather than something we could attain through our own blood, sweat, and tears.

Study of this passage began for me in my third year of Bible college and insight into what Jesus taught was the one priority of life began radically changing my life from that point on in 1975 till the present day. I don't see myself as an expert on this topic but a passionate student of Christ Jesus who hopes to daily grow deeper into the truth HE reveals.

This book is for anyone who wants to make sure that they live for the right purpose and wants to find the power to successfully practice that one right purpose in a sane, stable, sober, and Spirit lead lifestyle. Its aim is practical and pastoral seeking to lead people into knowing the "abundant life" that Christ Jesus promised.
