John Rogge's report of September 1946 to the Department of Justice,  supplemented by items from the published volumes of a joint publication of our Department of State, the British Foreign Office, and the French government,  Documents on German Foreign Policy 1918-1945,  Series C (1933- 1937), and Series D (1937-1945).
