The New Culture of the Global Structure of Power

The multilateral competition of neoliberal capitalism is unable to open further perspectives for the development of humanity and to respond effectively to the global political chaos that is increasingly visible on the horizon of global social changes. Technological development in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), fifth-generation telecommunications networks (5G), nanotechnology, biotechnology, robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), quantum computing ..., has created "smart grids", which include control of sets of high technologies and resources energy (energy internet -EI, Internet of Things -IoT, "smart cities"), thus articulating a "new key of technological development" and a "new concept of public policy", which necessarily requires the concept of "responsible and progressive capitalism", which will articulate the vision of humankind in the 21st century.
