The New Birth

The New Birth is the experience of the believer after real encounter with Jesus Christ. The New Birth is the foundation of the Christian life. This is often described as the "seashore experience". It is the first experience before stepping into the 'sea' of relationship with Christ. It has successive stages of growth and development, toned towards salvation of the individual. Accompanying this are effectual means of communication with God. Prayer is the key to practical relationship with God.
