The mystery of the sapphire bracelet

In the third adventure of the Sleuths of the Spanish Transition, we are back in Seville, the Guadalquivir and the Tower of Gold. A few days before the referendum for the new Spanish Constitution, Vicky goes into a new case, this time alone, for Gonzalo is on a trip. This allows her to take the initiative, for, in the words of Inspector Gutierrez, "you inhibit yourself when your boyfriend is present." Besides her role as amateur detective, Vicky is the narrator of the story, an infrequent combination in mystery novels.
