After years of military service, Colonel Thomas Anderson and his wife Captain Amanda Anderson decided it would best for their family if both left the Military. Thomas and his family had several run-Ins with a clandestine group calling themselves The Agency. Thomas, Amanda and their best friends, Demetrius and Taylor had done their very best to work with law enforcement, the military, Congress and others affected by The Agency to eradicate their presence in the world.



The Agency was obsessed with creating the Universal Soldier that was capable of extreme fighting without any concern for self-preservation. Somehow, they finagled access to certain soldiers just before they were to be deployed into a war zone. Now that Thomas had left the military to become a civilian military contractor/advisor and Amanda had become a stay-at-home to be mother, they hoped that they had heard the last from the Agency.



Thomas and Amanda's excitement were exacerbated by Demetrius and Taylor's son to be while war had been raging in Afghanistan after the downing of the Twin Towers in New York City, reportedly by Osama Bin Laden. Thomas's contracting duties were starting up to rumbling of concerns regarding Saddam Hussein, President of Iraq. Would the friendships and family ties survive the coming storms?
