The dream conveyed in this book is not small so hopefully I did it justice. It's not every day someone looks to take on a challenge in a place where even the local police and ambulances won't enter. The best way to describe it is going into the jungle to fight a lion with a toothpick but it's a good fight. Welcome to the Wild West of charity.
