Beskrivelse
Young prodigy Anthony Johnson couldn't believe his luck when he was offered a job at the Seattle branch of America's most popular software production company, APACOM. However, when Johnson is given the reigns of a new development program, the Deckpro files, his greatest career opportunity so far quickly crumbles into a deceitful power-play as he comes into contact with America's corporate elite. Tasked with creating the program that will single-handedly run the financial affairs of Saudi Arabia, Johnson finds himself becoming too privy to the affairs of his employers, and as a result ends up facing life behind bars when a beaten security guard accuses him of assault and stealing from the company. However, when the head of the legal department at APACOM's Chicago headquarters, Paul Mason, is called in to investigate Johnson's case, it immediately becomes apparent that there's much more going on than an alleged scuffle between co-workers, as the Deckpro files Johnson was working on prior to his arrest have also vanished. Yet as Mason digs deeper into the case he's greeted with nothing but hostility and legislative roadblocks, making it increasingly obvious that even his employers don't want him finding out how far this rabbit-hole goes. With paranoia mounting and the clock ticking down it's up to Mason and a crack team of trusted private eyes to figure out who stole the Deckpro files, and more importantly, why they're worth more than a man's life. In an explosive mystery thriller, author Ewane Time's page turner of a novel, The Missing Deckpro Files, promises to be an incredible investigation into corporate sabotage and political intrigue in the 21st Century. Mixing heart-pounding courtroom drama and edge-of-your seat private eye action, the mystery of the missing Deckpro files will set into motion an unthinkable chain of events that'll radically change America's national security forever.
