The Misguided Mademoiselle

All of Eugenie Ponnette’s resolve is tested when she meets Jean, Vicomte Landreville who, despite being nothing like her ideal husband, causes her pulse to race and her mouth to go dry whenever he is near.

Jean finds his interest piqued by the tiny blonde Frenchwoman. Little does he know Eugenie is digging into his past - and finding out secrets that Jean would prefer to keep hidden.

When Eugenie is kidnapped by Jean's insane ex-lover, he realizes that he would do anything for her, even setting off on a crazy cross-country crusade to save her. 

But despite his gallant rescue, Eugenie will require some proof that Jean has given up his wicked ways before she will consent to accept his hand.
