Mouse and Bug have been tasked with the most important mission in Earth's history, to find alien life.

They have long since left their home galaxy. Heading toward a new system, the ship detects unusual activity from a small ice planet on the far edge.

The intrepid duo discovers the source of the activity and soon find themselves among one of the most expansive and advanced alien civilizations to be found. They meet new people, learn unexpected truths, and are inadvertently thrust into the sights of one of the most dangerous and destructive beings in existence.

How will these unusual Earthlings survive in these unfamiliar lands? Will they ever be able to find their way home?
