The Manse of Chasconny

The year is 1721. While the armies of Moscovy bear down on western Europe, powerful political forces debate the future of the nation of Francia, and the Church plots seditiously with its own self-interests. Within the mysterious house of the minister a horrific contract is taken up for political gain, and a sadist seeks a prominent figure to meet with a violent end. As the invading Cossacks of Moscovy move toward Iberia, what will they find in that house by the sea?
