The Longest Night

The Longest Night is a story about the Winter Solstice and the holiday that we refer to as Yule. It is a time when winter is at its strongest and we face short days and long nights. It is about celebration and faith in the future, of families and the time when we share and when we grow. It is a chance for you to find opportunities to introduce some of your own beliefs during this time of year into your child's world in a way that they will understand and enjoy. The series is designed to match your child's interest and reading skill level by using short sentences and stories made up of words children can sound out using phonic skills and words that are important to remember.
