The Lawnmower Man

Special Operations paranormal agent Bonnie Kavanaugh-Voodoo and her boyfriend, Dodger, plan for a trip back home to Kansas City to meet Dodger's family. But the real reason for the return is that Dodger's elderly lawnmowing clients from his high school days are suddenly dropping dead. Despite their age, they aren't dying from natural causes. Aided by Bonnie's BFF Butter, Bonnie and Dodger investigate and discover a mystery woman that doesn't seem to fit life in Kansas City - or anywhere else. And by pushing the investigation into this woman, the team puts themselves on the cusp of disaster as her plan is to open a portal - using one of the team as a sacrifice.
