The skies above Earth burned red as the sun set over the last
remnants of humanity's cradle. Towering waves licked at the edges
of decaying cities, saltwater reclaiming what had once been
bustling streets and thriving metropolises. Beyond the urban ruins,
vast stretches of wasteland extended to the horizon, cracked and
barren from centuries of exploitation.
