Surviving the Taking of Crows in the mortal realm and closing the rift between worlds, the last Crow, Perdita Darkmore, gains notice from the very Gods who created Elphame, those who hold the truth of the Seven Year Crow. Found guilty of her crimes against both realms, Perdi is sentenced to prison, while Elphame is invaded by their makers.
