A good account of the Unyoro Campaign in Central Africa (Uganda) 1893-94, written by the force commander and Acting-Governor Sir Henry Colvile, Grenadier Guards. The award of the scarce “Central Africa Medal”was extended to cover service during this Expedition.

Campaign accounts by “The Man on the Ground”are always useful especially so when a British campaign medal was awarded for the action.
