All legal transactions need to be properly initiated, and when they are not, they tend to cause many important changes to be done, or redone, later. Sometimes, as in the case of Britovia, those changes not only need to be voided, but restitution to be made also.

When it was found that the transfer of ownership of the Kingdom of Britovia over to the Nation of England back in the 1600's was not legal, the entire transfer had to be cancelled, and over 400 years of restitution had to be repaid. But that left another huge problem: Who would be their new legal king?
