The Kindler Strain

While at the 2019, G-8 summit the Us President and his Chinese counterpart come up with a plan to de-populate the world by 1.5-2 billion people. They come up with a simple way of releasing a mutated version of a coronavirus strain on the people of the world. A virus that makes them act more aggressively than normal. It turns them into Werewolves!Only to supply them with the vaccine after enough of them have died off. Neither of them foreseen the catastrophic mayhem that this would have on the world's economy and the people.

None of the 125 vaccines they came up with worked it only speeded things up. Within 5 years half a billion people and counting had perished. In the year 2050, the population of the world has dwindled down to 1 billion people from the fall out of the Kindler Strain pandemic. Dr. Kelvin Boston and the handful of scientists that are left have found what may be humanity's last hope. They have built a time machine and have found the exact day and time when everything went crazy. FBI agent Franklin Walton is tasked with going back to stop it before it gets started.
