The fractious Arab Spring revolution in Tunisia draws Nina into the most heart-pounding 3 weeks of her spy girl career, in 2011. Emerging from early retirement to accept a TDY in Tunis, Nina is caught up in the violence, corruption, and fever pitch surrounding the upcoming elections. Far away from her husband, Christophe, for the first time in their marriage, Nina's dependence on her former colleague and lover, Salim, for needed support and protection leads her into a compromising situation, to say the least Assault, kidnapping, and even murder bring Christophe rushing to the scene to assist local police authorities in solving several baffling cases, and to rescue his wife in the process.
