One of Albania's leading experts on the historical value of the castle was Laura Conti. She returned to Italy when her father died, and she was furious and determined to find the perpetrator. But she couldn't do it alone since she was a woman. Lucca Giovanni, a friend from her youth, offered her a marriage of convenience on the condition that she find the person who killed her father.
