The Investment Promotion Law of Bolivia

A translation to English of the new Investment Promotion Law of Bolivia. The purpose of this law is to establish the legal and institutional framework for the promotion of investments within Bolivia, in order to contribute to the economic and social growth and development of the country. The norm applies to domestic or foreign investments conducted within the territory. Enacted by Evo Morales on April, 2014. The publication also includes the new Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia which is referenced throughout the Investment Promotion Law.
