Somewhere in the bustling city of New York lives an ordinary teenage boy, or so he thought. Matthew always puts his friends first, even if that meant going to a crazy boy band concert. He thought his life was normal. He thought everything was perfect until the cold gripping hands of a stranger drags him into darkness. He awakes and finds himself in a completely different world. A world filled with people with strange names and extraordinarily weird abilities, not to mention the possibility of dying at any given moment. Does he have what it takes to survive this ominously altered reality? With so many trials ahead, he realizes that he truly doesn't understand the mysteries of this world.
